Hubert Lindsey and I conversed quite often before he passed. We discussed the audio ministry and books (The Kingdom Series) Brother Lindsey left behind. I asked him what to do with all this material and his exact words were, "Scatter it". So that's what I do for the cause of Christ! I have recorded, copied, transposed the cassettes and Radio Broadcasts, and many Church Services to CD format. Today they are uploaded to the Internet for you.
This lifetime of Theology and wealth of knowledge... by the Internet is going to the four corners of the Earth. Brother Lindsey wanted this stuff scattered everywhere, but he never knew (nor did I) about the Internet and the value it has scattering this material for Christ around the World. God's hand is in on this endeavor! I told Brother Lindsey personally before he died that I would spend all my days on planet Earth continuing what he had already started for Christ.
Google is making that quest possible as these words are written. Glory to the Living Christ! Hallelujah!

"Christ", the Living Word
In the teaching of the Bible you have, God's spoken Word, God's written Word, and then you have the living Word...which is Christ. The "living Word" is the subject of this Blog. In the beginning was the Word, the Word was God, and the Word was with God, and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. Christ was considered the Word that became flesh. John 1: 1-15
After Christ's earthly ministry He was crucified, resurrected, and then ascended to Heaven where He presently rules and reigns from the Throneroom...now today in the Church Age. Notice the language of the following verse. It's not speaking of the written Word...it's speaking of He...which is Christ.
Heb 4:12-14... For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
In John's first Epistle Jesus is called the Word of life.
1 John 1:1...That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;
John not only experienced the blessing of Christ's physical presence...but also His spiritual presence "after" the crucifixion and ascension of our Lord. The power of a resurrected Christ is the theme of the Epistles. The resurrected Christ ministers the truth of His Word in our hearts and lives. The best proof of this is the changed life of a sinner! Glory!
After the Law ended at the crucifixion of Christ the Grace covenant birthed the Church, the body of Christ. This Church God's spiritual body, is governed by the ministry of the Holy Spirit presently as it was when the Epistles were written. God spoke, holy men of God (after the resurrection) wrote, and Christ actually fulfilled what is written... but it doesn't stop there. Christian's today are living Epistles that have the truth of God's Word written in the tables of their hearts.
2 Cor 3:3-6...Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.
Heb 8:10-11...For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
Christian's are actually governed by a living Christ from the Throneroom. This is the theme of the Grace covenant. Christ puts the Law of God in our minds and writes these Laws in our hearts through the blessing of His Holy Spirit. Remember, the blessing of the Holy Spirit was given after the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ where the Grace covenant began. At that time the covenant of the Law of Moses given to Israel ended.
The Word of God should never be limited to what is written and spoken by God. Why? Christ is the living word that has an effect on our hearts and lives. Yes, the living Christ effectually works in the heart and life of a believer...now...today..present tense. Where? From the Throneroom.
1 Thess 2:13...For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.
These Apostles preached the person of Christ. They preached the power of a crucified and risen Christ. Not His birth and life. They preached the Gospel of the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. Why? The very character of Christ was produced within those who believed. the Gospel "effects" the human soul. Glory!
Acts 9:20...And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God.
Acts 13:38...Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:
The person of Christ is what the Apostles preached after Calvary. The Gospel they preached dealt with a crucified and risen Christ. The power of the Gospel comes from a living Christ in the Throneroom...not a baby in the manger. The person of Christ was the Living Word that forgave men of their sins. Christ is alive and when He is preached this word of life changes the hearts of sinful man...morally and instantaneously. If any man be in Christ he is a new creature. 2 Cor. 5:17
James the Brother of our Christ wrote these words about Christ the living Word, in his Epistle.
James 1:17-18...Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
Notice it says Christ begat us with His word of truth to be a kind of firstfruit of His creatures. James is simply saying that when we (Christians) are born of the Spirit we become a children of God. God makes us one of His creatures when we are pardoned and cleansed by the blood of Christ. We become by the Grace of God His workmanship "created" in Christ Jesus. Christ the living Word produces His very character within our hearts and lives. Christ is preached, Christ is heard, Christ is experienced. The revelation of Christ the living Word simply magnifies an exalted Christ who touches the hearts of those who believe and trust in Him.
I like the word's of Peter while preaching the Gospel. He preached these marvelous words of truth after he was baptized with the Holy Ghost and fire and sanctified entire on the day of Pentecost...
Acts 2:33-35...Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Until I make thy foes thy footstool.
When you get beyond Calvary to an exalted Christ the "living Word" becomes an actual experience in your character and life.
Heb 4:12-14... For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Spiritual Gifts are given (in local bodies) to manifest Christ, the Head of the Church
Within this great body of Christ that reaches around the globe Christ ordains the local house of faith in each one of our geographic locations. Within these local bodies God sets in Elders to rule and govern each local body. In the midst Christ is the Head and the truth of His Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.
Men of God and leaders in these local bodies are subject to the directive of Christ through the power and presence of His Holy Spirit. Christ is the center of attraction. Christ is the one who the Holy Spirit reveals. Christ is the one who gets all the glory.
The manifestation of the gifts spoken of in 1 Cor. 12:1-11 are gifts that manifest the operation of a living Christ. These gifts of the Holy Spirit did not cease in the Early Church and there is no evidence in the Bible to declare such ideal. Christ is the same today from the Throneroom as He was when He walked the earth. He is the head of all things and by Him all things exist. His gifts manifest according to His Divine will and His Divine purpose.
When gifts from God manifest in the local body the turbines in Heaven generate power above human intelligence and human comprehension. The manifestation of the gifts of the Spirit are something that God does. God divides severally as He will. “Not man”. These gifts bring glory to Christ the Head… and magnify His name above all names. If man got the glory for gifts(instead of Christ) man would become, “puffed up with pride”.
The word “power” in Greek is dunamis. Dunamis is the root word for dynamo which simply means something that generates power. The power of God is manifested as God releases the generation of power from Heaven within the manifestation of these 9 gifts mentioned in 1 Cor. 12:1-11.
WORD OF KNOWLEDGE: A word or message of God’s divine knowledge revealed to the human being.
WORD OF WISDOM: A word or message of God’s divine wisdom revealed to the human being.
DISCERNING OF SPIRITS: A divine revelation to the human being as to whether certain utterances or behaviours are of God, of man, or of the powers of darkness.
GIFTS OF HEALING: A supernatural dimension of healing is manifested to heal physical, emotional or spiritual infirmities.
MIRACLES: An impossibility becomes a reality through the intervention of God.
FAITH: A temporary extra measure of faith, which God adds to a Christian’s, own faith, to give the necessary confidence to carry out God’s will at a particular time.
PROPHECY: Proclaiming a message of divine truth revealing God’s will.
TONGUES (PUBLIC UTTERANCE): A public proclamation of words in a spiritual language that God understands.
INTERPRETATION OF TONGUES: A response to the public utterance of tongues which can either give an explanation of the general meaning of the words previously spoken in a spiritual language or God’s answer to those words.
These gifts are manifested in local bodies to magnify Christ. Men are to bring honor to Christ, the head of the Church. Glory to Christ! He’s exalted! He’s alive. His gifts in the local bodies are to bring glory to Him! Honor Him! Be subject to Him! Your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost…therefore glorify Him in your body and spirit which are His. His realities of truth and power (based on His Word) are for beyond human intellect, ideals, or reasoning.
He divides these gifts severally as He will.

Honor God
You're equipped by God to do right and live right. Right came down from Heaven in the person of Christ.Today right flows from the person of an exalted Christ who is back in Heaven.
Righteousness gives the believing heart the ability to honor God. Righteousness is enough power to keep you from dishonoring God. You're equipped with a God-given righteousness.
Righteousness flows from our Savior and flows into the soul. Morally the believer has the power to honor God in everyday life.
Christians honor God in everyday life. What a blessing! You're equipped! Bless God and bless people...with the same blessing God blessed you with. Be a witness for Christ.Tell others about the blessing of God's righteousness that gives you the power and strength to bring honor to God.

God sent His son, Jesus
In the realm of diverse religions around the globe Christians have a profound truth that no other religion in the world can proclaim. “God sent His own son“…and records of the Bible prove such Truth with great magnitude.
For instance, the prophetic virgin birth of Christ (in the Old Testment records) gives profound evidence and proves such Biblical Truth in the highest degree. The father brought His “first” and “only begotten son” into the world. The virgin Mary “who knew no man before” conceived and brought forth this child of God. His name was called “Jesus”. No other religion anywhere in the world can offer such a profound Bibical Truth that is written.
Some religions however; do not recognize the fact that Jesus was God’s Son (Jews included). Some religions do not recognize the fact that through the Son…God promised to “bruise” the authority of Satan in Gen. 3:15. Bruising simply implies and gives credit to the fact that Jesus the Son of God has “all authority” and makes God’s enemies (sin, the flesh, and the Devil) His own footsool. The Apostle John (1 John 3:8) confirmed this great promise of the Son by saying, “He that committeth sin is of the Devil, for this purpose the Son of God was manifested that He might destroy the works of the Devil”. The Son of God was manifested in human form. The Son of God is now manifested in the Spirit from His exalted position in Heaven. Why? To make the sin of man His footstool according to the promise of God. Christ delivers men from sin.
In the sonship of Christ we have the the second person of the Godhead (Father, Son, and Holy Ghost) descending from Heaven. In this miraculous descension you have Christ the seed of the Father being placed in the womb of the Virgin Mary, thus being conceived into human form, and thus coming forth as the son of God (who some term as the incarnation). After the birth of Christ as the eight days according to the Law of Moses were accomplished, Mary had Jesus circumcised. Mary thus raised Jesus under the Law of Moses and by the Spirit of God Jesus at the age of 12 went into the Temple and observed the teaching (Luke 2:27). In this earthly descension of the Son of God you had a heavenly Christ “who stepped down to humanity” from His heavenly position. God’s Son thus became a mere man according to promise. Jesus, the Son of God was born in a manger in Bethlehem according to prophecy in Micah 5:2. Scriptures teach us Jesus was “begotten of God” and had the Holy Spirit from birth “without measure”.
John 3:34…For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.
At the Baptism of John when Jesus (at the age of 30 years according to Mosaic Law) was annointed to be a High Priest… The Father audibly spoke from Heaven, “This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased”… God called Jesus His Son.
At the end of the presentation of the Kingdom message to Israel, when Jesus was 33 years of age the Kingdom message changed to a message of his suffering, death, and resurrection. Jesus charged the disciples that they would tell no man of such change… Matthew 16:20. In Matthew 17:1-7…Jesus was “transfigured” on the Mount as He gave the disciples a glimpse of His “glorified body” that would happen in the resurrection. God audibly spoke again, “This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased”. Biblical Records confirm the truth of God’s audible voice concerning His dear Son, Jesus.
This evidence of the Christian Bible clearly proves that God sent His Son down from Heaven. As a matter of fact… The Bible calls Jesus the “only begotten of God” or the “firstborn from the dead”. Both terms simply imply… the Son God. Records of the Bible clearly state that…God never spoke such truth to the angels… but He did speak to His Son. Psalm 45.
Hebrews 1:5-9…For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness isthe sceptre of thy kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God,
The Son of God was prophesied in the book Psalms…
Psalm 2:7…I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee
The Jewish religious body proclaims the above prophecy is speaking of King David only but they run into a big snag with Psalm 110:1 which states, “The Lord said unto my Lord”… Here’s why. The Jews tried to trick Jesus with their evil heart of rejection. In return Jesus challenged these rejectors of truth by asking, “If the Psalms speak of King David, then who was David speaking of in Psalm 110 when He declared, “the Lord said unto my Lord sit thou at my right hand until I make thine enemies thy footsool”. Not one single Jew could respond to the truth of Prophecy.
The Scriptures are clear that Jesus was God’s Son. Even Jesus himself…agreed to being the Son God when questioned by the High Priest of the Sanhedrin…
Mark 15:61-62…art thou the Christ, the son of the blessed? Jesus said, “I am”.
In the big scope of things…Jesus was the Son of God and the Bible proves such truth. As a Christian your faith is built on and comes from what God said about the promised Messiah…Jesus the Christ. No other religion in the world can offer such concrete evidence of “love for fallen man” that Jesus the Son of God… was and is the Savior of the world.
1 John 4:9,10…In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
Hosanna! Glory to God in the highest! Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord!

They became unaware after paying no attention to Christ
They first started in moderation (when they were young) and then things escalated until they were completely consumed (after getting older). Their vices in life took them over (as they became trapped in the prison-house of self). They were overtaken with interests and plans…outside of God’s plan. They were so wrapped up or consumed they weren’t able to pay attention to the Spirit of Christ. They started a walk toward God and then they quit or turned away. They sinned once in a while but continuously asked God for forgiveness. Then they sinned more frequently which led them to quit asking God to forgive them. Then they began walking in sinful conduct all the time. Called themselves good people in the eyes of man. Left Christ out of the picture. Their hearts, minds, and thinking became callous toward God, as if seared with a hot iron. Awareness to Christ as Savior and Redeemed faded or never existed. They paid no attention to the Spirit of Christ. They were wrapped up in their own interests so much it became a bondage or obsession. Awareness to Christ as a Savior and forgiver? Where did it go or did it exist. Lets examine a few types of people.
The drug addict
The drinker
The business man
The stock-broker
The poverty-stricken
The athlete
The agnostic
The atheist
The church goer without the Spirit
The religious sinner
The part-time believer
The Theologian
The politician
The divorcee
The common man (a good man in the eyes of the world)…without Christ
Don’t allow yourself to be found in a position of unawareness toward Christ and the personal forgiveness He gives the human soul. Don’t let the world you live in get the most of you. Pay attention to Christ. The drinker, the athlete, the business-man, the stock-broker, the divorcee, the Church goer without the Spirit never had a clue that sin would get the best of them…later in life. They done everything in moderation when they were young and then it escalated to something that “controlled them”. They found themselves without hope and unaware of the presence of Christ. They became sad, then happy, and then sad, and then happy, and then sad. Without strength and powerless with an earthly position…or an earthly title in society…or grievence or ill will toward fellow-man. Mad and angry all the time. It all started in moderation. A little sin. A little lie. Something common to fellow-man in society. Something OK that God will blink at.
Who are you kidding? It doesn’t matter who you are, or what position you are in life, or what you have. God looks to the believing heart. Pouring yourself out to God is good today but what about tomorrow? Being constantly aware of Christ and the power of His resurrection has benefits. You can pay attention to Christ and make Him above all things in your heart. You can have steadfast faith and be rooted and grounded in Christ…everyday all day. Glory! I’m getting blessed! It makes me happy to know having Christ and being found in Him daily is fruitful and blessed! You don’t have to step across the line into sin and back out again. Having Christ is more powerful than that! You can have holiness and constant victory! He can give you power to overcome and lay aside weights and sin. He’s the Christ of our Salvation whose exalted at the right hand of God. He loves you and gives you enough to say no to sin and to do right in His eyes.
Give no place to the Devil. You are sealed with the Holy Spirit of Promise. Live up to the standard of God’s way of living. Stay aware of Christ and be wrapped up in Him. He want’s your constant attention and your steady life in the Spirit. Simply put, “It’s being preserved in the power of God’s Grace”. The best life anyone can ever have in this life. A true heart and holy life in Christ! Glory! The better life! Conscious and aware of Him and His Divine presence. Not overtaken by the subtle things in life. Doesn’t Christ deserve “all” of your attention? All the time?
The addict didn’t know. The business-man consumed with his business didn’t know. The divorcee didn’t know…how just little things in the beginning could cause one to be overtaken in the end. Don’t wait. Christ is for today, and tomorrow, and when He comes. Love Christ with everything you’ve got and be blessed like this writer. By doing such you will be ready when He comes or when your life ends. You have no control over these things. So the object is, “Stay ready for Christ or the sting of death, every minute, every hour, every day”.

Overcome the dangers of life with Christ
Children of God are blessed with a consciousness to the presence of Christ. Belief and trust in Christ gives children of God an assurance they are taken care of through every condition in life. Children of God also face dangers in this life. They must be cautious about worldly things...as they walk with Christ.
The Devil still lurks to destroy the child of God's walk with Christ. The world we live in... is in total opposition to the life of a believer in Christ. The world accepts disobedient conduct such as drinking, drug use, gambling, lying thats OK, etc. The world says its OK, we're only human. The Bible says to, "Walk in the Spirit not in the flesh". The reason for walking in the Spirit is to keep your heart and life in harmony with the presence of Christ. Without compromise.
Compromise is dangerous. Compromise to the world is even more dangerous. Compromise to temptation is dangerous. The world we live in can "destroy" the walk of a believer as it subtly teaches compromise to the point that the child of God "throws in the towel" and gives into the worldly way of thinking. The Devil wants the marriages to be wrecked. The world hates the light and loves darkness. Without truth the world can teach a lie and some will believe it.
Don't be deceived. The world, the flesh, and the Devil are out to tear down and destroy the child of God. The world hates the child of God. Opposition against the truth will never cease. Love not the world. Don't be conformed to the world. This is where the test comes in. It's called the trying of your faith or going through the fire. Recognize the dangers caused from worldly opposition. Trust the Lord for everything in life. Keep your heart clean and holy. Walk in the Spirit...not in the flesh. The world cannot harm you if you depend on Christ. The Devil has to flee if you depend on Christ. Truth prevails as opposition diminishes. Glory!
The witness in your heart will keep you from faltering. A child of God lacks nothing concerning the dangers they encounter. Do not deviate from the truth. If you do your life will go out of order and the world can creep in. Your association with Christian people can change. Dangers multiply and then comes sin. When sin is found condemnation comes upon the human soul. Consciousness to peace found in the person of Christ...becomes misery. The joy that comes from Christ is lost and contentment is nowhere be found.
Keep yourself pure. Avoid the heaviness and condemnation that comes from sin. Stay steady and right in the eyes of God. Avoid the dangers of the world. When tempted turn to Jesus. Keep the flesh in subjection to a life of obedience found only in Christ. No compromise. When in doubt about something...be safe. Don't do it unless God permit. Husbands love your wives. Wives love your husbands. Marriage is honorable in the eyes of God. Christians are overcomers. Christians are more than conquerors. Christians are winners! Glory! The gates of hell "cannot" prevail. Why? Christ is your Saviour.

They that sleep, sleep in the night
Sleeping in the night are those who are living in darkness. Sleeping means to be unaware of what's going on around you. These are godless and without hope. People today are so unaware of Christ and to be honest Christ is the farthest thing in life from their hearts and thinking. People drink and drug today without an inkling of what will happen in their future. With no ideal that substance abuse will control their lives, marriages, relationships with Christ. The booze takes over their mind and actions. the drugs take over their mind and actions. The temper is altered from use of drugs whether illicit or legal. Nobody in darkness knows how much the booze or drugs are going to consume them. These people are sleeping in the night. Living in darkness and unaware of Christ our Saviour. Even the adulterer or fornicator who begins the relationship outside the sanctity of marriage, doesn't have a clue of where these relationships will lead; or how many people will be hurt or affected by their sinful conduct and dirty living. These people are sleeping and unaware of what they are getting into. Darkness rules and blinds the minds of those who believe not in the Gospel of Christ.
I've written all the above to say this one thing,
I've written all the above to say this one thing,
"The child of God is aware of Christ and Christ's saving Grace. The child of God is not sleeping nor does he walk in darkness anymore. The child of God is sober and right at all times in the eyes of God because he has the God given power to do right. The child of God is not "overtaken" by booze, by sensuality, or by dirty living anymore. The child of God has the person of Christ in their hearts. They are sober and constantly watching for the coming of their Lord Jesus Christ. Their hearts are prepared for trials and tribulations that come during our life on earth. Children of God walk in the light because God's Grace made them overcomers in the world. Nothing can defeat the child of God. Children of God are of the day, not of the night. Children of God do not sleep in darkness, they are aware of Christ and His return to Rapture the Church. This is the character of a child of God who depends on Christ for every need in life. The child of God is aware of Christ and ready for Christ's return. The heart is prepared and watchful. Goodbye Devil...hello Jesus".

The "Thread of Hope"...when Christ becomes "real"... in your heart and life.
Christ became real to Rick Roehm back in... 11/11/1987. Christ came into this writers heart and life and became reality and hope all these years. Christ's substance and existence in my life has formed my peace, my joy, and my hope for a future with Him in Heaven. My personal life, my marriage, my livelihood, my children, and everything that I am... are in Christ's hands. My eyes are on Him everyday. Christ got my attention through belief and trust... and I never lose it! Regardless of the obstacles in life!
My ministry at the Upper Room and the call Christ has placed in my life has been treasured above all things, far above anything this world has ever had to offer. To be honest, "Christ threw this writer a lifeline... I call it my Thread of Hope". When I say, "Thread" I mean a tiny thread. Christ didn't throw me a rope of hope...only a thread! Why do I say this? The Bible says...If the righteous scarcely be saved where does that leave the ungodly and the sinner? I am scarcely saved but the thread Christ has given me but it is more that enough to keep me connected to Christ! Glory!
Yes, my brother's and sister's, I'm very much satisfied with the Salvation that Christ has given this writer the past 25 years. I love God with all my heart. I love people! I love my wife and children. I love my Church! I enjoy doing service for Christ! Glory! The economical situation I encounter in my everyday life is the worst I've seen in 13 years, but I'm still satisfied with the reality of Christ in my life! The riches of Christ have vast substance to this writer. His riches far outweigh the riches of the world! The eyes of this writer's heart stay focused on Christ everyday of my life...through the good times and the bad times! Since Christ became "reality"... His presence keeps me satisfied!
I'm so satisfied with the Upper Room... that God has blessed us with to bless others with! My desire is to continue carrying the truth and teaching others this reality about Christ I speak of in this Blog. The reality of Christ is made known to all who come to our fountain at the Upper Room to drink of His Spirit. How blessed this writer is to be able to testify to the reality of Christ's Grace in my personal heart and life; at Church; in the workplace; and on this Blog!
Christ must become "real" to you, every minute, every hour, and every day! Christ must become real to your thinking, real in your actions, and real in your obedience to God! Christ's reality in your personal heart and life allows the truth of the Bible to be confirmed in your heart and life. This truth I speak of is the changed moral character that is the "fruit" of the Spirit in your lives and in your actions. This fruit is that fact that Christ is real in your heart and in your life. You mind the Spirit because Christ is real to you. You live the Word because Christ is real in your life. The New Testament only proves that other men before you likewise experienced the reality of Christ in their hearts and personal lives!
The truth of this matter is that the presence of Christ is real in 2013. The power of Christ is real as we speak! Christ's very personality and character is what can changes the way you think, changes the way you act, and changes the way you behave. Please note...this change is not a process! It is an actual experience when Christ becomes "real" in your heart and life.
Don't be deceived into thinking that Christianity is a process. It's not! It's a blessing! It's experienced! It's lived out! It's confirmed in Acts -Revelation! Glory! Has Christ became real to you? If so you have this same "Thread of Hope" I speak of. Glory to Christ! He's real! He's alive! By His grace you are saved! Because of Him you are changed! You are blessed by the reality of Christ! Tell others about Him! I'm glad Tuesday's are the Lord's Day at the Upper Room. Every Tuesday and Sunday! With joy! Hallelujah! Glossed over and slightly re-written 9-1-2013
