God "rids" man of sin - Romans 8

Romans 8 deals with sin - but forgiveness is never mentioned. Forgiveness of sins was taught in Romans 1-5. Forgiveness was found in Justification.

After forgiveness was found in Christ - Romans 8 describes a more complete blessing.

Freedom from the Adamic Nature. Deliverance from the root of sin. No longer controlled by the flesh. Carnality taken away. Possessed totally by the Indwelling Spirit. Righteousness of the Law "fulfilled". A completed work of the Spirit - after forgiveness was found earlier in the Christian life.

Read Romans 8 and see for yourself. Confession not mentioned. Forgiveness not mentioned. Sin mentioned but  freedom and deliverance from sin taught.

Precious in the eyes of the Lord

So precious.

Psalm 116:15..Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

So precious.

Jesus the name above cancer. Jesus the name above death. The physical body goes to the grave. Mortality is swallowed up in "life".

2 Corinthians 5:4...For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

  • Jesus is resurrection and life.
  • Jesus is the life.
  • Jesus is abundant life.
  • Jesus is life everlasting.
  • Life comes from God.
  • Life is holy.
  • Life is everlasting.
  • When they leave this world they go to a better place.

Precious in the eyes of the Lord

Psalm 116:15..Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

So precious. Two people left this world recently. My wife's mother, Shirley.  A dear friend Terry Arcaro.

Psalm 116:15..Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

To Christ be the Glory! Jesus is the name above cancer. Jesus is the the name above death.

1 Corinthians 15:55...O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

Death is only a sting in this temporal life. The grave brings victory!

Psalm 116:15..Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

So precious.
