Did you ever wonder what the "Full Gospel" really is?

The Bible says the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation. The Apostle Paul said the Gospel is what the Prophets said about the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. The Gospel is what generates the power to save a lost soul from sin.

Many of our religious circles in the United States claim to be Full Gospel. So, what is the Full Gospel? The Full Gospel is the operation of God's Grace found in the truth of the Holy Scriptures. The Full Gospel is not limited to Salvation only. The Full Gospel is the "unlimited" power of Christ that heals the sick, rids man of disease, cures addictions, cleanses the heart, and purifies a believer from the Adamic nature.

The Full Gospel does not limit God to just forgiving man from sinful conduct. The Full Gospel endues man with the Indwelling Spirit which in turn offers a saved man heart purity from inherited sin. The Full Gospel doesn't stop at Salvation of the human soul. The Full Gospel sanctifies the heart of man from inherited sin and offers a life of victory, peace, and contentment that's only found in a living Christ that's exalted in Heaven, now.

The Full Gospel brings to light to the Baptism with the Holy Ghost and fire, that many people believe comes at Salvation. Contrary to this concept or way of thinking there are (2) baptisms that come in the Full Gospel. (1) is a Baptism into Christ that deals with a sinner. (2) Is a Baptism that deals with indwelling sin and deals with a saved man. The Full Gospel is taught in the book of Acts and proves that many people received the Baptism with the Holy Ghost and fire...after the new birth. Many people do not understand this great Biblical truth.

The Full Gospel offers man a full work of the Spirit of God that deals with every adverse condition and every negative part of man. We preach and teach the Full Gospel at the Churches on Trial. Brother Hubert Lindsey was a converted Baptist that learned and later taught the Full Gospel after 26 years in the ministry.

At the Churches on Trial we teach the Full Gospel because the Bible teaches the Full Gospel. We appreciate you coming to this site as God continues give us words of truth, clarification of the Scriptures, many of Brother Lindsey's past teachings, and a place to share what God has shared with us. Brother Lindsey told me before he died to scatter this knowledge across the nation and world. God has made a way on the Internet to bring this request fro Brother Lindsey to pass.

God Bless all of you that come to this site. Continue using the Blogs we have posted, the audios, the videos, the Word of God, and the Spirit of Truth to fortify your walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. We are scattering truth about the Full Gospel to Russia, China, Taiwan, Ecuador, Columbia, Moldova, Slovenia, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Canada, Singapore, India, and many other countries. The Spirit of Holiness that raised Christ from the grave is behind this ministry. In these "latter days" and "perilous times" we know the urgency of scattering this material around the globe. Get it in you heart and soul for the cause of Jesus. Tell the world about Him. Allow the Full Gospel to prevail.

Thank all of you for stopping by this site. I write these word's with Christian Love with a heart full of contentment that only comes from the Christ that I preach and write about. I love all of you and appreciate your faithfulness to the God of our Salvattion. Let it be known,"Christ is alive and is preparing His Church" for the coming events that are promised to happen. Stay right with God. Make sure every sin is forgiven, and never grieve the Holy Spirit that governs your life.

God Bless from Rick Roehm, a disciple of the ongoing minstry of Brother Hubert Lindsey

Meekness

Meekness comes from recognition of a living Christ. Meekness shows your surrendered life to a Savior. Meekness is not weakness. Meekness is power under control. Meekness is produced by God's saving Grace.

With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

God's advice to Rick Roehm

It’s not always your way. Take the bitter with the sweet.

James 4:10…Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

"Holy" Hubert Lindsey...minister of the Spirit or Theologian?

The fascinating thing about Brother Lindsey's ministry was the fact that he taught the Bible with great depth...but he also minstered Christ to the hearts and souls of the listener. The power of Christ was behind Brother Lindsey's preaching and teaching and anyone who listened to his preaching would testify to such. Christ was always the center of his message. The ministration of the Spirit "worked" because Brother Lindsey preached and centered Christ in all his messages. On the street, on the radio, in the recording studio, inside the four walls of the local Chruch the work of Christ was always the cental theme. Brother Lindsey didn't tell people what to do...he told them about the supremacy of Christ...and proved it with evidence from the Holy Scriptures.

Holy Hubert was also called the "Walking Bible"because of his God given ability to quote and teach the Holy Scriptures with great depth. Hubert Lindsey's Theology seemed unlimited. To many this would make Hubert Lindsey a Theologian...but Brother Lindsey was more than a Theologian because he ministered in the Spirit with love for humanity. Brother Lindsey was concerned about Christ meeting every need for every person that he ministered to. He cared about people enough that he pleaded Christ to every man for personal forgiveness. Brother Lindsey always made sure that his listeners understood personal forgiveness and the life of holiness and right living that followed the new birth.

Teaching Bible Theology was one thing...but ministering in the Spirit was another. Ministering in the Spirit is what "drove" Brother Lindsey's ministry. His Theology only confirmed the basis of his ministry and calling. His call and obedience to Christ is what allowed him to be such a minister. This writer was touched by that ministry and that's what compels me personally to write and carry on what Brother Lindsey started. Brother Lindsey's ministry touched many lives across this nation and the testimonies seem to be vast. As a matter of fact this writer learned what the "true Gospel" was from Brother Lindsey.

This writer will continue to magnify the Great Grace and truth of the Gospel that Brother Lindsey gave his life to preach, teach, and minister for 72 years. I find it honorable to the cause of Christ to keep Brother Lindsey's ministry alive ...even since Brother Lindsey went on the Heaven. I admit Brother Lindsey left us his Theology so we could learn to rightly divide the Scriptures. He also left us his example as a minister to see the human example of a true minister of the Spirit.

The ministry of the Spirit never ceases when Christ is centered in the message. If you have heard any of Brother Lindsey's preaching you understand what I mean. I had the privilege to tell Brother Lindsey personally that I would carry on his ministry every day of my life until I die. It was beautiful thing because it meant so much to Him. Glory to Christ because this ministry is centered around him! Glory to Christ who is more than theology! Glory to Christ who ministers in the Spirit in 2009. Don't forget to listen to some of Brother Lindsey's good Gospel preaching. Also if you have any testimonies in regards to the ministration of the Spirit under Brother Lindsey's ministry please sent them to the Churches on Trial and I will publish. Glory to Christ who saves and sanctifies!

Holy Hubert preaching from his soapbox

It has been my pleasure to be a part of Hubert Lindsey's ministry, even 12 years since Brother Lindsey has went on to Heaven.  Hubert Lindsey was...

Born...May 21, 1914
Born of the Spirit...December 22, 1929
Sanctified Entire 1964
Went home to Christ...March 30, 2003

Brother Jim Denton passed this photo of Holy Hubert to me - worth posting. Notice the soapbox and diverse crowd.

Jim and I have been sharing Hubert Lindsey photos and Hubert Lindsey teaching ministry audios since we met 7- 8 years ago. This union between two brothers has implemented the continuation of Brother Lindsey's ministry for many years and we have much more to bring forth.

All glory to Jesus who has made this fellowship around the globe, this ministry, and this Internet Library possible...for edification to the body of Christ.

What does passing from Glory to Glory mean?

2 Cor 3:18...But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

This Blog was sparked (at last night's service) by a dear sister in the Lord, Grace Allen. As we celebrated two years of service for Christ at the Upper Room...the sermon made reference to the ministry of the Holy Spirit and how the Spirit of God changes the moral make-up of the believer. The transformation to become a child of God is an instantaneous work of God's Saving Grace.

Many today teach the "gradual process of God" or "trying" which involves the process of man in human effort. The Grace of God does not involve human action. The Grace of God is the action of God!

The question came up last night, "What does it mean to pass from glory to glory?"

To answer such question the student of God's Word must know the difference between Law and Grace. It must be understood; who the Law of Moses was given to; when the Law began; and when the Law ended. Passing from Glory to Glory makes a distinction between the ministry of the Law of Moses given to Israel and the ministry of the Holy Spirit given to the Church...now present tense.

The ministry of the Law of Moses was glorius...but the ministry of the Holy Spirit today in the Church is even more glorious.

2 Cor 3:7-9...But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory "was to be done away": How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious? For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.

Note how the above verse stated that the Glory of the Law was to be done away.

In the past God ministered to Israel with His Law and Commandments. At present God ministers to the Church through the ministry of His Holy Spirit.

The Law was done away with at the Cross of Calvary. The presence and blessing of the Holy Spirit in the Church came into play in this present Grace Age of the Church. That's what the Apostle meant when he said the following,

2 Cor 3:3-6... Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

The life of the Spirit is a greater glory than letter of the Law.

2 Cor 4:1-5...Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Going from Glory to Glory makes no reference to the process of a Christian or the gradual change into holiness. Going from Glory to Glory made reference to Isreal's transformation from the ministry of the Law and commandments to the ministry of the Spirit under Grace in this present Grace Age. The fruit of the Gospel message is the, " changed heart and life of a believer in Christ".

By the Grace of God we will post the actual audio recording of this sermon (in the future) at sermon.net and at his Blog. Questions bring answers. Thank you Grace Allen for the excellent question.

In Christ is when the old becomes new

When Jesus becomes real to your heart and thinking...a moral change occurs within the human soul. The old is made new and the new becomes a way of life. It is written and can be lived - only by the faithful in Christ.
