Jesus, the son of God was born holy and filled with the Spirit

Jesus was born "holy"...Luke 1:35...therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

Jesus was filled with the Spirit "without measure" from birth...John 3:34...For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him

Jesus was led of the Spirit into temptation...Luke 4:1-2...And Jesus being "full of the Holy Ghost" returned from Jordan, and was "led by the Spirit" into the wilderness, Being forty days tempted of the devil.

Jesus was anointed with the Holy Spirit at John's Baptism where the Spirit descended on Him like a dove: after the baptism which John preached;  Acts 10:37,38...How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power:

Jesus was "full" of the Eternal Spirit when He suffered and died in the cross...Heb. 9:14...How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

When Jesus saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him at John's Baptism...He was at the age of thirty which allowed Him according to law (Torah) to minister God's Word. Jesus stated, "Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness"...Jesus was set aside for the ministry...anointed of God and inaugurated into the Priesthood.

Psalm 110:4...The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

Heb. 7:26-28...For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself. For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.
